পণ্য পরিবর্তন ও ফেরত নীতিমালা : অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার পূর্বে নিম্নোক্ত বিষয়গুলো লক্ষ্য করুন: আপনাকে অবশ্যই ডেলিভারী ম্যানের সামনে পণ্য চেক করে কোন ত্রুতি পেলে সাথে সাথে পণ্যটি ফিরিয়ে দিতে হবে। পরবর্তীতে কোনো প্রবলেম থাকলে আমরা তা দেখবো না। আর যদি ঢাকার বাইরে যায় ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে বা সুন্দরবন কুরিয়ারে পাঠালে সেটা প্যাকেট খোলার সময় ভিডিও করবেন। যদি কোনো প্রবলেম থাকে আমাদের ভিডিও টা প্রোভাইড করলে আমরা প্রবলেম দেখলে রিটার্ন বা টাকা ব্যাক যে স্টেপ ই নেয়া যায় তা চেষ্টা করবো। অবশ্যই পন্য হাতে পাওয়ার ২ দিনের মধ্যে মডারেটরের সাথে কথা বলে, আমাদের পেইজের ইনবক্সে ভিডিওটি দিতে হবে। অন্যথায় গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না। পণ্যের সমস্যা সম্পর্কে পেইজের ইনবক্সে / কল দিয়ে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে মেসেজ দিয়ে মডারেটরকে জানাতে হবে। যে ফেসবুক আইডি দিয়ে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করেছিলেন সেই আইডি থেকে জানাতে হবে। 📌কি কি আমরা রিটার্ন হিসেবে মনে করি? • ভুল সাইজ কিংবা মাপ • ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য যেমন পণ্য ছেঁড়া,ফাটা • ছবির সাথে পণ্যের মিল না পাওয়া • অন্য কোনটা ভুলে চলে গেলে • পণ্য প্রেরণে হারিয়ে যাওয়া। 📌অর্ডার রিটার্নের নীতিঃ • ভুল তথ্য দিয়ে ত্রুটি হলে, তা কোন দায়িত্ব নেওয়া হবে না। • হোম ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে পণ্যটি বুঝে নিলে এবং ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে গেলে কোন রিটার্ন নীতি প্রযোজ্য হবে না। • পণ্য কুরিয়ার থেকে আমাদের গুদামে পৌঁছানোর পরে আমারা চেক করে দেখে সিধান্ত নিতে পারবো। তাই এই প্রসেস সময় সাপেক্ষ। আপনাকে অবশ্যই ধৈর্য ধরে অপেক্ষা করতে হবে। • সীমিত সময়ের অফার বা পণ্য বিশেষ ডিসকাউন্ট রিটার্ন করার সময় প্রযোজ্য না থাকতে পারে। • ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে কাস্টমারের অর্ডারকৃত পণ্যের ডেলিভারি পণ্যের স্টক থাকার ওপর নির্ভরশীল। অনিবার্য কারনবসত পণ্যটি স্টকে না থাকলে প্রতিশ্রুত সময়ের চাইতে ডেলিভারির সময় কিছুটা বেশি লাগতে পারে। অথবা আপনাকে অন্য কোন প্রোডাক্ট অর্ডার করতে হতে পারে। • আমাদের টিম আপনার পণ্য কিংবা সেবা সম্পর্কিত যে কোনো অভিযোগ সংক্রান্ত তথ্যের জন্য আপনাকে কল করবেন। • আপনার অভিযোগের সমাধান না হওয়া পর্যন্ত আমরা আপনাকে ফোনে যোগাযোগ করবো। যদি আপনার যোগাযোগের নম্বরটি সক্রিয় না থাকে তবে একটি বিকল্প নম্বর অবশ্যই সক্রিয় থাকতে হবে। 📌ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি অর্ডারঃ • ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারিতে ২০০ টাকা অগ্রিম প্রদান করতে হবে, এই টাকা ডেলিভারির সময় মোট টাকার সাথে যোগ করা হবে। যুদি কোন কারনে প্রোডাক্ট রিসিভ না করেন তাহলে এই অগ্রিম টাকা অফেরত যোগ্য। 📌প্রি-অর্ডার পণ্য অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রেঃ ১। প্রি-অর্ডার এর ক্ষেত্রে মোট মূল্যের ১৫% থেকে ২০% অগ্রিম পরিশোধ করে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করতে হবে। ডেলিভারি চার্জসহ বাকী টাকা আগে বিকাশ / ব্যাংকের মাধ্যমে পরিশোধ করে পন্য ডেলিভারি নিতে হবে। ২। যে কোন পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই মডারেটরের সাথে কথা বলে শিওর হয়ে এ টাকা পাঠাবেন। ৩। এডভান্স করার আগ পর্যন্ত প্রি-অর্ডার এর কোনো প্রকার অর্ডার কনফার্ম করা হবে না। পেমেন্ট করলে অবশ্যই স্ক্রিনশট পাঠিয়ে কনফার্ম করতে হবে। ৪। প্রি-অর্ডার পণ্যে এডভান্স করার সময় মডারেটরদের কাছ থেকে ডেলিভারির সময় জেনে নিবেন। ৫ । পেমেন্ট করে সাথে সাথে মডারেটরের কাছ থেকে ডেলিভারির সম্ভাব্য তারিখ যেনে নিন। ৬। প্রি-অর্ডার এর ক্ষেত্রে দেখে শুনে ভেবে চিন্তে সময় নিয়ে অর্ডার করুন। ৮। প্রি-অর্ডারের ড্রেস আমরা অর্ডার কনফার্ম হলে বানিয়ে দেই। তাই অর্ডার ক্যান্সেল করা যাবে না। ৯। একবার বিকাশ করার পর কোন অর্ডার ক্যান্সেল করা যাবে না। এডভান্স অবশ্যই অফেরতযোগ্য। ১০। প্রি-অর্ডারের পন্য হাতে পেতে নির্ধারিত সময়ের থেকেও বেশি সময় লাগতে পারে। আপনাকে এক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই ধৈর্যশীল হতে হবে। আর্জেন্ট অর্ডার আমরা নেই না। 📌তৃতীয় পক্ষের নীতি: আমরা যেসব সহায়ক প্রতিষ্ঠানের সাথে যোগাযোগ করি, সেগুলোকে আপনার সেবা উন্নত করার লক্ষ্যে আমাদের বিস্তারিত তথ্য পাঠাতে পারি। আমরা আপনার তথ্য সংগ্রহ করার জন্য আমাদের এজেন্ট এবং সাবকন্ট্রাক্টরদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে পারি যেখানে তারা আমাদেরকে ডেটা বিশ্লেষণ এবং মার্কেটিং সহায়তা প্রদানে সাহায্য করতে পারে। আমরা আপনাকে পণ্য প্রেরণের জন্য তৃতীয় পক্ষগুলির সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে সাহায্য করতে পারি এবং আমাদের কাছে টাকা প্রদান করতে সাহায্য করতে পারে। সাধারণত, আমরা আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করা তৃতীয় পক্ষগুলি কেবলমাত্র তাদের প্রদত্ত সেবা গুলি পার্য়তন্ত্রিকভাবে ব্যবহার করবে যা তাদের আমাদের কাছে সেবা প্রদানের জন্য প্রয়োজন। তবে, নিশ্চিত তৃতীয় পক্ষের সেবা প্রদানকারীদের, যেমন পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে এবং অন্যান্য অর্থ লেনদেন প্রসেসর, তাদের নিজস্ব গোপনীয়তা নীতি আছে যা আমাদের প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য প্রদানের সম্পর্কে আমাদের সাথে আলাদা। তৃতীয় পক্ষের সেবা প্রদানকারীদের প্রয়োজনে যত্নশীলভাবে আপনার প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য সংগ্রহ, ব্যবহার এবং ফাঁক দেবে।

Accordingly- we operate on a "claim- review- and takedown" basis. Please note that providing incomplete details will render your claim invalid and unusable for legal purposes. 18. We respect the intellectual property of others.
